Discover Your MUNner Type
Every delegate brings a unique style to the committee — and understanding your strengths is the first step to mastering them.
Developed in-house by Winnie Choong, the MUNner Type Formula has been taught across institutions throughout the Malaysian MUN scene to help delegates identify their natural approach, communication style, and leadership tendencies in conferences.
The four MUNner Types — Lion, Fox, Sheep, and Fairy — each represent a different way delegates think, speak, and lead in the MUN environment. Recognizing your type helps you play to your strengths while learning to adapt under different committee dynamics.

🦁 Lion – The Commanding Leader
Lions are bold, assertive, and thrive in leadership roles. They take charge of discussions, drive resolutions forward, and motivate others to act. Lions shine when steering negotiations and keeping committees focused on results — though learning to balance authority with collaboration makes them unstoppable.
🦊 Fox – The Strategic Diplomat
Foxes are clever, adaptable, and diplomatic. They observe committee dynamics closely and use strategy, charm, and timing to influence outcomes. Foxes often operate behind the scenes, building coalitions and crafting compromises that turn debates into solutions.
🐑 Sheep – The Cooperative Builder
Sheep are team players who value harmony and collaboration. They listen actively, support others’ ideas, and help bridge divides within the committee. While they may not always seek the spotlight, Sheep are the backbone of strong resolutions and productive teamwork.
🧚♀️ Fairy – The Creative Visionary
Fairies bring imagination and innovation to every debate. They think beyond conventional frameworks, inspiring fresh perspectives and creative solutions. Fairies add spark to discussions and remind others that diplomacy isn’t just about logic — it’s about vision and heart.
